  A very nice family cafe, open on 6 Jan in an otherwise almost deserted Arrecife. Great selection of tapas and excellent coffee. Great service too.

  We ordered 2 tapas to share 3 people, 1 main dish, a dessert and also a drink for each one: 18€/person. They don't allow to pay by credit card, only cash.

  Lovely little cafe just by El Charco, with a view of the church across the square. It's a popular place and as only one lady does the table service there can be a bit of a wait to get seen. Take a laid back approach and enjoy the ambience. The lady who is Italian is nice and friendly and helps make it a more enjoyable experience. The tapas I had was very good and they do a good range of plates to suit everyone. Unfortunately they close at 16:00 and don't do evenings, but for breakfast and lunch it's a great place to go. There's both outdoor and Inside seating; either is good, but outside there are cars going past but very slowly as it's predominantly a pedestrian area. After a second visit I'll just add, they advertise gluten free food, which is a very good thing for many people. They also only take cash payments, no cards.
