  El edificio es muy bonito está en el centro de la ciudad al principio de la calle Real la más peatonal comercial de la ciudad era el antiguo Cabildo ahora el nuevo está en la entrada de Arrecife aquí se concentra actividades culturales venta de entradas a eventos y demás

  A beautiful building outside and a high quality exhibition space inside. At the time of visiting it was the history of the island told through postcards with background music and a 'then and now' slideshow. I enjoyed seeing the old ways of life (even if staged) and Lanzarote's airport during the sixties. The 2 euro entry charge was perfect for an informative and relaxing 20-minute visit.

  Great place to know Lanzarote's history! The entrance is only 2 euros, you can spend here really a decent hour.

  I visited in December 2016, and there was an exhibition of post cards. It cost €2 entry, and was both a general history of post cards and post cards of Lanzarote. I found it very interesting, well laid out with an easy to follow time line. The descriptions were in both Spanish and English. The English descriptions were perfect, which was a welcome change. It was interesting to see what the island looked like, and the comparisons with now. It also showed me that although I have seen a great deal of Lanzarote, there is still plenty more to be seen, and now I know I'll have to come back again. The lady I spoke to there, was also very friendly, helpful and happy to answer questions, and spoke very good English. Easy to find at the sea end of the main shopping area, it should be a must visit for everyone.

  Nice building I think the exhibits change so make sure u check what is being diapalyed. Nothing special with the architectural but the exhibits are nice.
