  The piece of art is something hard to give value. For some people it is nothing, some will tell this is amazing. The little castle for 20-30 min walk with restaurant with dock view.

  Firstly unlike Castillo San Gabriel, you pay €4 to go in. Free leaflets are available in various languages, but do not explain the art works. The castle is a modern art gallery, containing around forty works. It's a mixture of paintings and sculptures, a lot of which are very abstract and rather inaccessible unless you are a true art connoisseur. The main floor is at least wheel chair accessible, although there may be small steps between rooms. The layout of the castle is interesting though, with stairs leading down from the main floor to a restaurant below. Stairs up to the roof and another staircase leading from the roof down to a hidden gate house. There are good views from the roof over the port too. Probably not worth the expense if you just want to visit the fort, particularly if you are a family or group.

  Very small castle that was turned into the modern art gallery. I personally don't like modern art, but you may find it interesting.

  Very small collection, not worth calling it a museum. The bar downstairs was designed by Cesar Manrique and makes the visit worthwhile.

  Really beautiful building with wonderfully grand 1970s art works and Castle top views ..well worth a visit and great escape from the heat of the day...
