  As to the wine, they only sell/ serve wine that they would drink themselves, i.e. no cheap wine to make a better profit, only good wine. As such, the only white wines they had were local, from Lanzarote, totally great (but not always the case on the island)

  We went for dinner to La Tabernita del Charco last Sunday and were happily surprised by an amazing friendly service. I wanted to have some vegetables removed from the vegan salad, and they just make sure it was at my taste. My friends chose the Tuna Ceviche and they said it was delicious.

  Disappointed. The service was very slow because there was one waiter for all the restaurant. But above all the meat I had ordered smelled very bad, like rotten. The chef Said that for him it was ok, instead of apologising...so besides the bad food, a bad service. 2 stars instead of one because of the waiter, she was very kind and sorrow.
