  Surprenant... Je loue des véhicules à l'étranger depuis un certain temps déjà et c'est la première fois qu'aucune vérification ni contrôle n'est effectuée. Nous avions réservé un véhicule chez eux, pensant réserver chez auto-reisen qui avait de très bonnes critiques, avec des prix très attractifs. Passée la surprise de la confusion, on nous envoie sur le parking où un collègue doit procéder à la prise du véhicule. Mais on nous a remis les clefs à la va vite alors qu'aucun client n'attendait et qu'aucune urgence ne venait presser la démarche. Malgré notre demande et notre insistance, aucun papier n'a été signé et donc n'a signifié dans quel état l'on a emprunté et restitué le véhicule. La personne présente n'a même pas fait le tour du véhicule avec nous à l'arrivée et au départ. Fort heureusement, nous n'avons eu aucun souci pendant le séjour et l'on nous a restitué la caution. Mais je suis sidérée par ce manque de sérieux et de rigueur. A moins que cette société fonctionne à la confiance et à la parole... Ainsi, on ne peut en aucun cas se justifier en cas de problème. C'est vraiment trop laxiste et absolument pas rassurant. De plus, le voyant de la pression des pneus était allumé dès le premier jour, donc aucun contrôle de sécurité n'est effectué et le ménage du véhicule était plus que sommaire. Ce n'est pas cher, mais on sait pourquoi. Bref, si vous voulez être serein, passez votre chemin.

  Was a little concerned to be using after reading all the reviews here, so I thought it fair to add my review to this. First thing to remember too is that these guys are a budget company; if you want 10 staff waiting for you to arrive and deal with you without any delay then it'll cost you a lot more! So I had to wait about 20 minutes in the queue until one of the 2 staff was free to serve me. Once started the guy was friendly, courteous and explained everything clearly in excellent English. I had already done my research and knew about the 300 Euro excess charge being pre-charged to my credit card, can't really understand peoples complaints on this? Got the car quickly and away we went. Returning to the airport was super efficient in the upper carpark; the great staff member checked over the car and processed the refund of the 300 Euros immediately and gave me the receipt from the machine. Took a few days to show up back in my account but all good and would happily use them again.

  Left a deposit of 300 EUR on the day of the hire, never got refunded (it's now 45 days after that). Left my bank account details as they asked because of it being "too late" to do the refund on the card, after just 4 days having been passed. Never got a wire transfer despite multiple calls soliciting them.

  They ask you to deposit 300 and then scam you out of extra money when you return the vehicle like cleaning costs.

  Can't fault them, car was great, very easy process and deposit was paid back within a couple of days. Good service all round
