    I think they are not that bad :). First of all i booked online and i asked for full coverage as i do usually so i did not have problem with the extra cost of full insurance. On the other hand there was another costumer in the queue when i picked up the car he did not want insurance and it was not a problem at all.

    Avoid like the plague! It won't let me give no or minus stars. They Tried to con me out of £200 for a damaged bumper. Took 6 months and lots of threatening emails of legal action to get money back. Used twice in 20 years conned twice. Avoid avoid avoid avoid. You have been warned.

    Upon arrival and waiting for 40 minutes got told that I either pay €1200 deposit extra or €79 outwrigjt opted for the € 79 as felt uncomfortable with their demands then got told to pay € 50 extra for fuel.

    A phone call for about 15 minutes to their support line has ended with another €15 on my phone bill. The fact that this Spanish number is a high-toll paid one was not indicated at all at their website.

    After the rental with most complete and all-inclusive package has been finished - the company has charged my credit card for another €22 in about a week after the rental.

    The support person on the phone said, quotation: "I don't see in the system why we've charged you this additional amount" and have advised me to submit a problem report request on the website. This didn't work out as the site has been responding with senseless form fields validation errors.

    -i got information in email next day after car drop in Spanish and (probably) in Portugal, but no English. I think it is 3,5 stars, but i got upgraded to a bigger car for free of charge so it's plus 0,5 = 4 stars. So i encourage everybody to use their services.

    Charged extra 14 euros for diesel car which we did not ask for only realised this when we got back home. cost us an extra £70 for block on debit card. When we got to the car the lady didn't have a clue how to fix the baby seat, they had a filthy maxi cosy baby seat with no bloody iso fix (the part it sits into) Didnt have a clue how to install it either.
