  We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. "Ana" was a very unpleasant and rude receptionist with us. The two other staff members were friendly but Ana was arrogant, impolite, argumentative and very inappropriate. We felt very insulted by her and her "hotel policy" where the manager was non existent? She took it upon herself to make managerial discussions and decided not to issue a refund without allowing us to speak with a manager. We felt robbed, mistreated and disrespected knowing perfectly that they had 1 month in advance to re-book the room.

  Excellent location on the coast of Arrecife, a short walk to the bus station giving cheap and great access to the rest of the island. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby with a Spar store for groceries around the corner. My apartment was spacious, clean and overlooking the park and sea. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always on hand to offer their knowledge and help.

  This unpleasant experience lasted over 3 weeks of arguing, unanswered e-mails, missed phone calls and now opening a credit card dispute against this hotel.

  Also the bathrooms were dirty and the room smelled of indian food and had no A/C. The dorm was super hot and it didn't look clean. Overall, it wasn't worth the price and the headaches it brought. This hotel hotel almost ruined our trip. I highly discourage anyone from booking with this hotel.

  La recepcionista Ana fue muy desagradable. Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue un infierno y una pesadilla. Nos sentimos robados, insultados y fuimos tratados muy mal por Ana. El gerente parece no existir?

  Excellent location right on the seafront in Arrecife. It has everything you need and the staff are really friendly and helpful. It is not luxury... but clean and well equipped.

  Los cuartos hacian calor, holian a comida india y no parecian limpios. Ana nos amenazo con el abogado del hotel si expresabamos nuestra opinion. No le recomendamos este hotel a nadie! No vale la pena hacerse tratar asi de mal!
